Devil’s Fit Camp – Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Devil’s Fit Camp adult memberships, PAYG sessions, kids sessions, blocks and camps.
By booking, purchasing a membership or taking part in an activity, you agree to these terms.
1. Health, Safety & Liability
Participants must be fit to take part in physical activity and must inform Devil’s Fit Camp of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or additional needs.
Physical exercise carries inherent risks. Participants must follow coaching instructions, use equipment appropriately and work within their own ability.
Devil’s Fit Camp will take reasonable care to provide activities safely. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
2. Adult Memberships
Adult memberships are recurring monthly memberships and payments are collected automatically until cancelled.
Memberships may be cancelled at any time by contacting Devil’s Fit Camp. Cancellation must be received at least 7 days before the next payment date to prevent that payment being collected.
Memberships cannot normally be paused.
Once cancelled, any previous or protected membership rate is lost. Rejoining will be at the current advertised rate.
Membership fees will not normally be refunded for non-attendance or unused sessions.
3. Kids Sessions, Blocks & Camps
Kids bookings must be paid for in advance and spaces are subject to availability.
Bookings for specific sessions, blocks or camps are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except where Devil’s Fit Camp cancels the activity, a legal right applies or Devil’s Fit Camp agrees otherwise.
Missed sessions cannot normally be refunded, transferred or carried over.
For participants under 18, the booking must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Children – Medical, Supervision & Behaviour
Parents/guardians must provide accurate emergency contact details and disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or additional needs.
By booking, the parent/guardian confirms that the child is able to participate safely and gives permission for appropriate first aid and, where necessary, emergency services to be contacted.
Children must be dropped off and collected promptly. Devil’s Fit Camp is responsible for supervision during the advertised session times only.
Participants must behave safely and respectfully. Devil’s Fit Camp may remove a participant where behaviour is unsafe, seriously disruptive or inappropriate. Refunds will not normally be given in these circumstances.
5. Cancellations, Changes & Weather
Devil’s Fit Camp may cancel, reschedule or make reasonable changes to an activity due to minimum numbers, severe weather, coach availability, safety concerns or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
If Devil’s Fit Camp cancels a prepaid kids session, camp or block, an appropriate replacement, credit or refund will be offered.
Some activities take place outdoors. Participants must wear suitable clothing and footwear for the conditions.
6. Photography & Personal Information
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken for use on Devil’s Fit Camp social media, website and marketing.
Where consent is required, this will be requested separately. Parents/guardians may decline photography or video of their child without affecting participation.
Personal information will be used to manage bookings, memberships, payments, safety and communications and will be handled in accordance with Devil’s Fit Camp’s Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.
7. Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Devil’s Fit Camp is not responsible for loss, theft or damage unless caused by its negligence or another legal responsibility.
8. Legal Rights & Agreement
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Where a booking or membership is made online or at a distance, cancellation rights may apply depending on the type of service and circumstances of the booking.
By ticking the acceptance box or completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
For anyone under 18, agreement must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
