Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Payment
- Reoccurring Monthly payments made via Direct Debit from the date of Sign up.
2. Membership Cancellations
- Provide at least 7 days' notice before the upcoming month (date of next direct debit) to cancel.
- Membership can not be paused.
- Any membership that is cancelled will lose its current membership rate. If you choose to rejoin at a later date, membership will be charged at the current advertised rate shown on the Devil's Fit Camp website at the time of rejoining. This may result in a price increase from your original membership rate.
3. Refunds for non-attendance
- Monthly membership fees will not be refunded if the member does not attend camp during the membership period.
Liability and Waiver
• Participate in good health and at your own risk.
• You acknowledge that participation in the bootcamp involves inherent risks and you voluntarily accept these risks.
• By signing this contract, you release Laura Westwood and Devil’s Fit Camp from any and all liability, now and in the future, for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during or after the bootcamp.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laura Westwood and Devil’s Fit Camp from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.
Media Release
• You consent to the use of images and recordings for promotional purposes.

Devil's Fit Camp Kids
1. Booking & Payment
- All spaces must be booked and paid for in advance.
- A place is only secured once full payment has been received.
- Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
PAYG and 6 week block bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased
3. Missed Sessions
- Missed sessions cannot be transferred, refunded, or carried over.
- Sessions must be used within the booked 6-week block.
4. Minimum Numbers
- Each block requires a minimum number of participants to run.
- If minimum numbers are not met, Devil’s Fit Camp reserves the right to cancel the block.
- In this case, a full refund or alternative option will be offered.
5. Medical & Health
- Parents/guardians must inform Devil’s Fit Camp of any medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs prior to participation.
- By booking, you confirm your child is fit and able to take part in physical activity.
6. Behaviour & Conduct
- All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches and other children at all times.
- Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Devil’s Fit Camp reserves the right to remove any child from a session or the full block if behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
- No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
7. Responsibility & Liability
- Sessions are delivered by qualified coaches with safety as a priority.
- However, participation is at the parent/guardian’s risk.
- Devil’s Fit Camp is not liable for injuries sustained during sessions, except where caused by negligence.
8. Weather & Changes
- Sessions may take place outdoors; appropriate clothing is required.
- In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled where possible.
- If a session is cancelled by Devil’s Fit Camp, a replacement session or credit will be offered.
9. Photography & Media
- Photos/videos may be taken during sessions for use on social media, website, and marketing materials.
- If you do not wish your child to be included, please notify us in writing before the block begins.
10. Arrival & Collection
- Children must be dropped off and collected on time.
- Devil’s Fit Camp cannot be responsible for children outside of session times.
