DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
At Devil's Fit Camp, we believe that comprehensive support is essential for achieving your fitness goals. That's why we include nutritional advice and meal inspiration as part of our standard program at no additional cost. Our aim is to provide you with the best possible guidance to help you lead a healthier, fitter, and more energized lifestyle.
Additionally, to keep you motivated and on track, we offer seasonal transformation challenges in Autumn, Spring, and Summer. These paid challenges are designed to push your boundaries and help you achieve remarkable results. Join us for these exciting events and take your weight loss and fitness journey to the next level!
WHAT TYPES OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
At Devil's Fit Camp, we utilize a variety of equipment to cater to different fitness levels and goals. For low-skill, functional movements, we use equipment like tyres, slam balls, weighted sleds, and battle ropes. These tools are great for building overall strength and conditioning.
For strength-focused training that develops proper form and targets specific muscle groups, we incorporate barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells into our workouts.
Additionally, we use punch bags, suspension trainers, and resistance bands to provide diverse training options that enhance strength and flexibility.
For cardio, we have a ski-erg machine and assault bike, which are excellent for high-intensity interval training and improving cardiovascular endurance.
This combination of equipment , combined with body-weight movements, ensures a well-rounded and effective fitness program.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
To ensure you have a great experience at Devil's Fit Camp, please bring the following items:
Comfortable Workout Clothes: Wear clothing suitable for physical activity.
Supportive Footwear: Athletic shoes that provide good support and are appropriate for various exercises.
Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential.
Mat: For personal use during floor exercises and stretches
Positive Attitude: Come ready to challenge yourself and have fun!
All necessary equipment for the workouts will be provided by Devil's Fit Camp.
